Returns Policy

We accept returns on completed guitars within 30 days of delivery, provided the instrument is in the same condition it was received and has not been damaged, modified, or altered in any way..

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part or the instrument arrives damaged or defective.

Each guitar is a one of a kind handcrafted instrument with its own serial number. Because of this, all sales are final unless the instrument arrives damaged or defective. If there is a problem with your guitar when it arrives, contact us immediately and we will make it right..

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically completed within four weeks of receiving your return. This includes:

  • 5–10 business days for the item to reach us

  • 3–5 business days for inspection and processing

  • 5–10 business days for your bank to finalize the refund

To start a return, please contact Support with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll provide return instructions promptly.

Shipping

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or military addresses.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and the shipping method you select.

For guitars and heavier items, shipping rates are weight-based. Product weights are listed on each page and rounded up to the nearest full pound to meet carrier requirements.
